During this hybrid residency artists hiked mountains, entered a cave, swam in the ocean, filmed underwater, flew dresses, communed with an apple tree all in Maine. Other members created work in Miami and Wisconsin. Participants shared daily reflections with the group over zoom. The intention was to continue conversations begun in Italy and make work towards an upcoming exhibition at the University of Southern Maine, Crewe Center for the Arts, Portland, opening February 5, 2026.
